FAST

The official blog for the First Aid Service Team (FAST), a youth-led workforce-readiness program sponsored by the Oregon Pacific Chapter of the American Red Cross in Eugene, Oregon. This blog is a resource for FAST members, potential volunteers, community event organizers in need of first aid stations, and the general public.

FAST is a group of youth and adult volunteer responders who provide first aid and first response care at community events, teach safety programs, and organize community service projects. FAST meets at the Oregon Pacific Chapter on the first Tuesday of every month to plan new events, organize projects, and practice rescue skills. **All FAST members can be part of the Public Relations Committee. The Chairperson serves as a leader for the Committee as a whole.


2011 Executive Council
The Executive Council meets on an as-needed basis to guide the direction of FAST. Meetings are announced via email and on the blog and calendar.
